The Role
We are seeking highly skilled Enterprise Architects to establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture Offices in line with international best practices and frameworks. This pivotal role will ensure that all our systems, solutions, and technology strategies are fully aligned with our business goals and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain holistic enterprise architecture blueprints across business capabilities, business models, value streams, value chains, and the core architecture domains (business, data, application, integration, technology, and security).

  • Define and drive target-state architecture that enables digital transformation, innovation, and long-term strategic business outcomes.

  • Assess and document current-state architecture, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvement opportunities to strengthen capability maturity and operational efficiency.

  • Establish enterprise-wide governance by defining principles, guidelines, and compliance models in line with international frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and national standards.

  • Integrate performance management by linking architecture outcomes with KPIs and OKRs, ensuring measurable impact on business value, efficiency, and resilience.

  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance for major programs and projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Lead technology evaluation and vendor selection, recommending platforms, solutions, and services that support both business capabilities and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with executives, business leaders, project managers, solution architects, and analysts to design end-to-end IT and business solutions that connect strategy with execution.

  • Conduct architecture and capability reviews to validate alignment, strengthen integration, and ensure enterprise-wide scalability and sustainability.

  • Communicate complex enterprise and technology architecture concepts in clear, compelling, and business-relevant language for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and at least one of the following: Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Application Architecture.

  • Strong expertise in Business, Data, Application, Integration, Technology, and Security Architecture.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing large-scale IT systems.

  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable professional who thrives both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

  • Self-driven and accountable with strong ownership of deliverables.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues early.

  • Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
